Improve long support.

In the works for a future release. Implementation will likely be one of:

• Integer array representation [high, low].
• Hook to plug in an arbitrary long representation (e.g. Long.js, node-int64, node-int64-native).

Since using long requires to manipulate a number encapsulated in an object, end users may already have their preference ? So provide a hook a examples for common libraries would be the simplest I think.

I have a prototype API working which lets you use the underlying long representation of your choice. Here is a quick preview of how it works (with a couple examples).
