ros-vehicle

Description

This is a project to that intends to explore the world of vehicular automation through the design and creation of a differential drive robot.

A continuous approach allows us to sequentially expand the scope of the project. The current roadmap is described below:

  • Off-the-shelf robot with obstacle avoidance using arduino and ultrasonic sensor
  • Joystick teleoperation using ROS running on a Raspberry Pi
  • Web server remote control
  • Custom chassis design
  • SLAM
  • Image Recognition
