I like this repository for what it tries to do. Startup speed is important to me, hence my interest in this refactor.

The original repository provides an rc file path option:

-r, --rc-file [path] Custom rc file path (default path: ./.env-cmdrc(|.js|.json)

I use this in most of my scripts alongside an env.js file. Is parsing a JavaScript file going to be included anytime soon?
