Per-account default sort for the recordings list

The recordings list opens grouped by date added unless the browser has a saved Sort choice (#263). Recordings that arrive after the fact all land under "Today".

My case: a watched folder imports HiDock recordings, sometimes days late, and retries re-import older ones. Their meeting dates are correct in the database, but the list shows them as today until I pick Meeting date in the Sort menu, once per browser.

In #263 you said you'd like to make this a server-side user setting at some point. I wrote it, with the default unchanged: a "Recordings list" option under Account > Preferences (Date added or Meeting date). A browser's saved Sort choice still wins, and existing accounts keep Date added. Draft PR: #490.

Would you take it? I'll change the name, placement or scope if you prefer.
