Same bugs in the italian translation (Windows). I thought it was some Transifex error.

I believe to have seen that issue had been reported in the forum once, but can't find it anymore
Doesn't happen the first time to open that palette, but on all subsequent times

Seems to be an issue with the rendering Segoe UI specifically, as changing to another font (even another Segoe variant) fixes it. Oddly, though, it doesn't affect the display of the key signature name (or pitch names) in the status bar. Presumably something different about how the accidentals are processed for tooltips versus status bar, possibly relating to translation?

Still occurs after updating to Qt6.2.9 (4.4.3 nightly builds)

Some details to reproduce: looks fine after opening the app, but starts to occur when clicking key signatures in the score or palette

Should be fully resolved for all operating systems with a further Qt update. We aim to do this in 4.5.
