Not sure I get your question. Slot keyword is needed to declare a slot that
can then be used to connect to a signal. The main issue was that we were
changing the current index of the combo but not the actual loaded workspace
because the slot is only called on combo box activation signal and not
valuechanged. I called the slot manually to work around this.
