I disabled runs on nightly Julia as github didn't provide a simple way to allow them to fail. In the past, I have manually updated the CI workflow to add the latest Julia version. '1' will always test against the newest stable release. The additional `include-all-prereleases: true` tests against pre-releases if they exist. Still have to manually add second newest release and/or remove oldest supported release.
