• hotfix for Arch Linux packages (#213)

from previous release:

• fixed launcher not starting with missing libsteam_api.so file (#213)
• fixed crash when trying to autoupdate (#212)
• replaced cpp-httplib with curlpp - looks like curlpp has better error reporting
