Everytime I search something, the zoom goes back to the default zoom, I'd like to set up the Default zoom please. #27

Thank you so much, this helped me a lot…
(I have another recommendation, if you can make a Japanese interface for the app like the old one I would be really grateful, thank you again!!)

The "Zoom" function is poorly named in the English interface. The current implementation merely changes the font size (文字拡大/縮小). For EPWING you can set the default font, including its size, via the Settings menu:

Glad it works for you now. I'mma go ahead and close this. Regarding the Japanese translation: Like in version 1.x, qolibri will be (mostly) Japanese if your system is Japanese or if you override the language setting for qolibri. On my Japanese Windows it looks like this: That said, the translation isn't in great shape at the moment. As the code changed over the years, it wasn't updated much, so plenty of English has crept into the interface. If you still want to use it and need pointers on how to override the language setting for qolibri, it would be good to know which platform you're on. |
I see, I was using the old version of Qolibri on MacOS Mojave, but now that I updated to Catalina it stopped working because the application was 32bit (I think), And yes, my system is in japanese, and if I try to change qolibri’s language manually on the settings I only get English.
Thank you again for your hard work.

I see, thanks a lot for this info! I'm not much of a macOS user and didn't know about the per-app language settings. I'll try to get this fixed in the next release (#29). In the meantime, this is how you can start qolibri in Japanese(-ish):
Some main menu items are currently in surprising places when running like this. See #28 for details. |
thank you so much!!

In the meantime, this is how you can start qolibri in Japanese(-ish):
Open a terminal window, e.g. terminal.app from Spotlight検索, or Finder→アプリケーション→ユーティリティ→ターミナル
Run open /Applications/qolibri.app
Some main menu items are currently in surprising places when running like this. See #28 <#28> for details.
