# Installation

If on Debian/Ubuntu, first install `libseqan2-dev`. See http://seqan.readthedocs.io/en/master/Infrastructure/Use/Install.html for other operating systems.

In the root directory of the repository, run:

```
mkdir build

cmake ..

make
```
