数値型にマッピングする際に、最大値/最小値を設定してもエラーにならない。 #24

shortに最大値+1(32768)を設定してもエラーとならず、オーバーフローを起こして、「-32768」となる。
バインディングエラーとすべき。

fix v0.5
BigDecimalに一度変換してから取得する際に、longExactValue()メソッドなどを利用するよう修正。
