Improve shipment options dialog

all enabled/disabled dropdowns replaced with clickable toggles
show package type and delivery date instead of "details" (Resolves Pakkettype tonen ipv 'details onder kolom bestemming #397, resolves Zending type niet meer zichtbaar in besteloverzicht #441, resolves Tonen pakkettypes #416)
add label description for individual shipments (Resolves Custom id is missing from shipment options #404)
improve loading speed/experience (Resolves Bulkacties, gewicht, details en verzendklasse #426)
calculated weight is shown for digital stamps (Resolves Bulkacties, gewicht, details en verzendklasse #426, resolves DPZ automatisch berekenen van gewicht #389)

Extra fixes:

wrong label for "show delivery day" setting
spinner for order grid bulk actions (Resolves Update 4.0.6 Het ‘wieltje’ naast de knop toepassen (bulk) dat aangaf dat de export gaande is, is verdwenen #434)
make default export settings show up in shipment options
show delivery date in order grid for any order that has one (only when "show delivery day" setting is enabled)
fix error on sending return email
allow split address field for Belgium as well (Resolves 4.0.6 Adresvelden voor BE zijn niet gescheiden, wel in 3.2.1 #418)
