I kept running into parcel-bundler/parcel#2749 when switching branches and parcel 2 beta gets rid of it, so we'll use that instead.

Err, apparently this is harder than I thought. The old parcel v1 was parcel-bundler, I guess, and I had both installed, but v1 was shadowing v2, so I was still running v1... and when I removed parcel-bundler and used v2, I got all kinds of weird errors, so I guess I'll just not use this for now and deal with restarting the watch server when switching branches.
