v0.9: Fix pony speed after toggling small-ponies option.

New v0.9 release.

• Add support for single instance of qt-ponies
• Update the pony files to these from Desktop Ponies v1.42.5
• Add support for behavior groups and the new pony.ini properties
• Some fixes

Includes small ponies option and minor fixes.
