At present, "Settings" menu item (when right-clicked on addon icon) is disabled for WOT addon.

Other addons provide this feature to open Settings page of addon.

Settings menu item can be enabled if there is options.html page placed in addon.

Unfortunately, this method doesn't allow change page's location (Same Origin Policy violated). And Opera blocks opening new tab and making ajax request to mywot.com.

found not-so-brilliant workaround: show button "open settings page on mywot.com" on the "options" page. Open real settings page by clicking on the button.

Probably it needs some localization in future.
