Redesign the settings file and location #14

Make the settings file easier to work with and save it in a path that is easier to get to.

This app has outgrown the current settings implementation and I am working on another way. When I make the switch, everyone will have to redo their settings as the current settings file will not be compatible with what I'm working on.

v1.0.24 - The settings file has been redesigned and everyone will need to redo their settings. Sorry for this. The new design is much better.
