Oppskrifta for å deploye fanger ikke opp endringer i ConfigMap #2

Oppskrifta som ligger på å sette opp appen og deployment fanger ikke opp at man gjør endringer i configmappet, og man må f.eks. manuelt slette podden for at endringen fanges opp.

Dette kan nå løses med en generisk feature i NAIS: https://doc.nais.io/nais-application/config-reloading/
