Should fix nanocurrency#337 and several others

The SSE/AVX checks should be done at runtime if we're serious about distributing binaries, but this is a good stopgap until we get there. Probably makes ED25519 and Blake2B really slow, though. |

Yeah, we can offer binaries for both on the next release. |
