Having never attempted anything like this before I think I'm going to write this in a "Griffin and Sabine" style. A series of correspondence between two characters. So the first letter would be the input into the 2nd letter from the 2nd character and then a response again from the first etc...

Andres is from Buenos Aires Argentina.
Brook is from St Louis MO USA.

I'm already trying to figure out if I want to teach myself how to do this with a neural net or some extensive grammar ruleset. Or a mix of both.
