This PR adds two new helper functions
example_scatterplot()andexample_barplot()to use in examples. This substantially reduces boilerplate code for the discrete scale examples.Also improves the appearance of the discrete scale examples by using a minimalist theme, plus using a different subset aligned with py-ggsci in the bar plot.
