Small jQuery plugin to provide a cute effect on images.

Requirements:
	jQuery library & jQuery UI library

Usage:
	$('img').puffy(opt);

Options:
	effect: change effect in case you don't want to use puff.
	options: options for effect.
	duration: effect speed.
	callback: callback function which is called when the effect has finished.

Demo:
	Try out demonstrations under "demo" directory.
	All images are provided by Yuuki MATSUKI.
