Inbox folder should be the default folder and it should never be deleted
Change App Header
Take server URL from config
Backend: Create empty inbox folder on user login if it does not exist
Backend: Its name cannot be changed, it cannot be renamed or deleted
Frontend: Inbox folder cannot be edited or deleted
Frontend/Backend: No other folder can be renamed to Inbox
