Main.py: paths defined in script are defined wrt current working directory and not code's directory

This may lead to confusion for users running Main.py from a location other than HyperCP's dir, (also users may find it confusing if running from another directory and e.g. getting HyperCP downloading the Zhang DB again to an erroneous location). It's an easy fix, and may be handy to be able to run Main.py from another working directory, e.g. for batch processes.
