This will change the contact URL referenced on the signup page and the e-mail confirmation to this issue tracker URL (but feel free to change it to whatever you'd like). This will just help your users find you more directly, rather than being directed to api.data.gov's contact page. I'm also adding the additional options (but commented out) to this embed snippet, since we recently added several options to allow for tailoring the signup page and confirmation e-mail.
