Properties menu on latest Firefox on Windows on the Browse navigation doesn't work.

Summary

Unable to use the properties dialog on the browse navigation for firefox. It works on display layout objects.

Expected vs Current Behavior

On Chrome, right click object browser gives menu. On Firefox, you get a Firefox menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Right click on a object browser item... see Firefox menu. :(

Environment

• Open MCT Version: 3.2.1 latest. Also, latest/4.0.0
• Deployment Type:
• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Firefox latest, 115.9.1 esr.

Update, same version of Firefox, only the Windows version exhibits the behavior. Redhat 8 works.
