@lewismc I am unable to add nasa/podaacpy to requires.io, I think we need to have ownership rights to add it. Thanks :)

@Omkar20895 we need to contact @jasonduley in order to have him authenticate the requires.io service from the NASA account.
@jasonduley are you able to do that for us please? requires.io is one of the CI services we have running in Podaacpy.
