Forenkler litt ved at ADAPTIVE mapper STS->AzureCC og fjerner ubrukte flyter.

Denne er breaking i de fleste repos. Tilpasninger:

  • Alle repos: ADAPTIVE_ADD_CONSUMER -> ADAPTIVE (evt STS_ADD_CONSUMER - ett sted i en risk-test)
  • Tilbake: Bruke STS_CC på de 2 k9-klientene
  • Abakus: Verifisere at kjører OK uten token.azure - se egen PR i abakus
