På grunn av ønske om å overstyre now av og til, erstattes const datoer med funksjoner. Dette vil også gjøre at brukere som starter før midnatt, ikke får feil etter midnatt når noen dato-verdier er konstante og satt til før midnatt, mens noen er dynamisk der f.eks. dayjs brukes direkte (f.eks. datepicker).
Vurderte å bruke dayjs direkte noen steder, men valgte å beholde det enn så lenge. Kan vurdere å fikse dette senere.
