Hi,

Downloaded and installed Navit, opened Navit, downloaded maps, quit Navit, opened Navit and all I see is a yellow screen with some Navit control marks on it. Tried to "Set map location" but it takes me to "/mnt" dir and there appears to be nothing there related to Navit. If I go one level up, it takes me to "/" and nothing is shown under it, just blank white screen.

Navit has permissions to access "Media only" files, couldn't find any way to grant Navit permission to access "All files" that some apps, like a File Manager, for example, have.

OS: Android 12
Navit (downloaded from F-droid): 0.5.6.armeabi-v7a+git:xdevvxgitxnotx
What I see in the "/mnt" dir:

androidwritable
appfuse
..
asec
...
obb
...
user

Only "/mnt/asec" and /mnt/obb" dirs seem to be accessible, the rest are greyed out.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi
Currently navit unfortunately doesn't really support the new storage architecture of android 11 (if I remember correctly) so changing the storage is not really support/needs to be fixed.
About your other issues. How did you download the map? Thought the app itself? If so, did you restart the app?
Wegen you did all of this could you please check the settings if the map is getting displayed at "maps"?

Yes, through the app itself, restarted the app several times.

I checked "Settings > Tools > Maps > Installed maps" and nothing was shown under installed maps. So I redownloaded the maps and that resolved the issue. Not really sure why the maps failed to get properly installed the first time.

Anyhow, issue has been resolved, thanks for your help.
