Basic point support with test data

Displays simple unstyled white points.

Points for improvement are:

• supporting style settings (although hardcoding the pixel size works)
• documenting the styling optionss
• picking support

I added placeholders and TODOs where the work can be picked up.

Testing

Set up mapget and use ebDebug.showTestTile(), no data source needed.
