Story

As a developer,
I would like laconia to support secret manager,
So that I can retrieve secrets from secret manager easily, just like how it's supporting SSM at the moment

Acceptance Criteria

  • Able to retrieve secrets from secret manager
  • When there are multiple secrets configured, ensure that they are retrieved in batch
