The auto header title duplicated the headers for many guides.

@shawaj did you want to go for the plugin to do titles or disable it and go for the titles in the markdown files?

I think markdown way is better actually. Gives us more control over what's in sidebar and title

Yeah,

If we then ever do a markdown to pdf too it'll keep it that way too.
