v2.0.0 removes react-burger-menu's dependency on Radium.

The Radium dependency meant several hacks and workarounds were necessary in certain cases, and these should now be safe to remove, including:

• react-router users no longer need to wrap Link components in Radium (see https://github.com/negomi/react-burger-menu/wiki/FAQ-(1.x-only)#why-doesnt-the-link-component-from-react-router-work)
• You no longer need to pass radiumConfig when server-side rendering (see https://github.com/negomi/react-burger-menu/wiki/FAQ-(1.x-only)#im-doing-server-side-rendering-and-getting-a-warning-react-attempted-to-reuse-markup-in-a-container-but-the-checksum-was-invalid-error)
• You no longer need to use one of the hacks previously necessary for custom components (see https://github.com/negomi/react-burger-menu/wiki/FAQ-(1.x-only)#i-want-to-use-custom-components-inside-my-menu-but-this-breaks-firefox)
