Aha, argcomplete is just what we need.

Both argh.completion module and the bash script can be dropped in favour of optional integration with this library.

As there's a workaround for issue kislyuk/argcomplete#8, Argh's native solution can be safely replaced with argcomplete.

Maybe there should be a way to plug in custom completion backend, e.g. https://github.com/dbarnett/python-selfcompletion
