I verified what I wrote in #54. The right location for all source .po files is the directory translations/wesnoth-A_New_Order/. When there are source .po files, the game reads them and the add-on is translated according the game language settings and state of a corresponding source .po file.
So this PR is about moving our most recent cs.po to the right location.
