So, I'm giving up on getting #72 finished in time for a 1.5.0 release, so instead I figured it's time to just get the changelog written up and release what we have now. There have been a lot of changes since the previous release, so I probably missed summarizing some of them, but this still ought to be enough of a changelog to qualify.
