As of 4.8.60, subscriptions have no id. When a list of subscriptions is sent to Ontrack, it's synchronized with existing ones.

However, there is no simple way to compare subscriptions to each other (based on config, for example) and this leads to duplicated subscriptions.

Add an ID to each subscription to make the synchronization straightforward.

Consider migration issues (which ID to assign to existing subscriptions).
