OONI blocking (website and backend infrastructure) in China since 2023-07-07

I took another look at OONI MAT Charts for China today, and was surprised to see, about three weeks after the blocking event on 2023-07-07, the number of measurements bounce back to the level they were before, and more recently even higher:

But because of a comment in another thread, I also looked at the chart for AS4538, which is CERNET in China. That one went down in July 2023 and stayed down:
