I have been using nipap before, I plan migrate to netbox, I was looking for the same feature in netbox 'Allocating prefix or ip address from parent prefix'
For example
parent prefix 192.168.1.0/24
in niapa I can allocation any size subnet from 192.168.1.0/24
such as /32 /29 /28...
I just need type the subnet size what I need then nipap will automatically pull a subnet from 192.168.1.0/24 This way I don't need to manually calculate the remaining available range in the parent prefix, it is very friendly feature
