- Alpacas on market and those, that belong to sample users, now have skills, so the bug, when the event winner couldn't be calculated is fixed
- Refactor initialize_new_alpaca_skills service
- Refactor registrations controller - the logic of initializing new user is now contained in initialize_new_user service
