Getting an error today: "netlify deploy" >>
"FetchError: request to https://api.netlify.com/api/v1/user failed, reason: certificate is not yet valid"

hey - we had a brief outage today due to an expired cert - can you please retry?

It was the new cert that had a brand new active date. My WSL2 linux environment that time drift that was the real problem. I'll close this issue, but for others getting this issue in WSL2: microsoft/WSL#4114
