Also implement parts of StandardModelLibrary in Alf.
Also implement various prerquesites for StandardModelLibrary.

It is not allowed for direct package members

Also assign correct virtual packages Also make public the default visibility Also make it easier to add package content

Also improve how stubs are handeled for packages

Also implement magic virtual imports for standardModelLibrary

Also use it where specified

Also make line for annotations hide if unused.

This is no longer neccesarry as we handle the stub porperty differnetly now

Also slightly change editor to make textGenGen work better

Imports must always be fully qualified names

It is there because it is useful in the editor. But it should not be in the textgen.

Instead of empty string. That is what MPS uses by default.
