when i run command "python -m paperai.report tasks/risk-factors.yml 50 md cord19/models
", i can't find file risk-factors.yml, and i can't understand argument "50"

There is no file tasks/risk-factors.yml in this repository, the example in the README is notional.

Examples can be found in the cord19q repository and need to be downloaded locally. The file is called risks.yml in the cord19q repository.
