  • create extensible science paper repo with:
    • manuscript folder
    • code folder
  • complete Dean's edits
  • update/refocus paper
    • install in the cloud and create ami
    • update instructions to the cloud (obe: we're taking it a step further and that implementation is not yet complete)
    • rework intro to emphasize cloudiness
    • acronym (potentially SICR)
    • add section for extensibility instructions
      • "... bc this is a living breathing thing, the reproducible guidelines are specifically for reproducing these exact results, and we are continuing to extend this. To stay up to date, 1. type update, 2. your data, 3. swap out parameters, 4. swap out functions..."

Most of this is done but the contents are a bit out of date as we adjusted our aim. Opening new issue to summarize current objectives; closing this.
