Looks good! I see that we still have a standalone file in this repo for handling upgrade routines. I abstracted that out into a Composer package a while back that we should probably use instead: https://github.com/wp-forge/wp-upgrade-handler

This removes the endurance data module and replaces it with the newfold data module. There is an upgrade routine to update a few options as well. We are also able to remove the endurance module loader since the data module was the only endurance module in place.
