Raised is a mod that allows you to change the height of the hotbar. As a result the overlays stay in place when the hotbar is moved up or down. Fortunately there was an easy way to add compatibility.
In addition, this also fixes the Comfort Overlay going underneath the HP bar when there's an additional row of hearts from Health Boost and/or Absorption. I'm not sure if the same bug applies to the Nourishment Overlay.
