Annotations (and lots of fixes and features)

This branch became much more than expected, hence added is:

• annotations functionality
• base of CSS rewrite (vars, start of splitting into UI and base typo)
• swipe based navigation and better invisible nav
• minimized seq return
• goto functionality
• mouse/touch events-related refactoring
