Annotate titer TSVs with source and passage

Downstream applications using titer TSVs need to know the source (e.g., Crick, CDC, etc.) and passage (e.g., cell, egg, etc.) of each titer measurement. These annotations could be potentially added by concatenating individual source/passage TSVs into one file and tracking the source/passage during the concat.
