[FEATURE] iqtree: output additional files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

IQ-Tree can perform automated model selection, this is also the default in the current module implementation. The selected model is documented in the main report (.iqtree) and the log file (.log), but neither of these files are emitted.

Additionally output the log and the main report.
