The MultiQC edgeR: Sample Similarity heatmap looks nice, but the scale can be difficult to interpret. Instead, plot a pairwise pearson's correlation coefficient heatmap.

This has been replaced in PR #195, and will be fixed when the salmon branch is merged into dev
